5 hours to go before my Ideas that Shaped the World: The Renaissance & Reformation midterm. It’s honestly like a repeat of the first half of my grade 12 history class, but it’s still nice to get that repeat. It’s all the history that I really love and embraced especially when I went to Italy a year and a half ago.
I’ve been thinking more and more about going back their for a month or so on my own. Well, not entirely on my own, with a friend. It would be expensive, but oh so worth it. The question is whether I can save up enough cash money to actually plunge into it. I couldn’t last summer. Maybe this summer? I should be worrying about more important money issues, though. Like the tuition spike Ryerson is campaigning for after the tuition freeze ends. They want to raise our tuition up to at least seven thousand dollars. Right now I’m paying around forty-six hundred. That’s insane. I don’t even know if I’ll be able to get enough OSAP money to pay for all of that!
Money woes are scary. I don’t want to be in debt several thousand times over when I graduate, but that’s the reality I’m facing right now. Even if I did save all of the money I made during the summertime I wouldn’t be able to make seven grand working the graveshift at McDonald’s, even full time! Life is sucky
Update on tattoo: It’s nearly all healed up, except the scabby parts are really, really itchy! Cream helps, but only a little. Sometimes I want to scratch it right off, but I haven’t yet. Who knew I had such strong willpower??

My tattoo:
I know the image quality sucks but my webcam sucks and I know the angle is weird, but you try taking a picture of your back straight. :hehe: What do you all think? I love it!!

Layout #11 has arrived! I found these images at Last Beautiful Girl and had to use them. I’ve fascinated with Jake Gyllenhaal and his fantastmic (fantastic + orgasmic!) hipbones. Unfortunately, I’ve wittled them down so you can barely see them in the image, but I assure you, they are spectacular. I physically had to keep myself from drooling yesterday when I made this layout.
Enough pathetic boycrush talk, though. Let’s discuss my shitty day.
I got a phone bill from Telus for over $120 :O Fucking cellphone company doesn’t even mention that they lump the first two months together. Toast made me feel better by informing my retarded ass that I don’t have to pay the entire balance at once. Woot.
Ugh, tomorrow can’t come fast enough. I’m getting my tattoo tomorrow. Fuck. Ya.

Oh man, this is so exciting! I picked up the drawing for my tattoo. It’s in black and white, but I got a copy of it! If you’d like to take a look, go here. Sorry about the watermark, I’m just a paranoid idiot who thinks someone’s going to take it.
What do you think? It’s going to be in colour, but I like it! Leah, it’s going to be about the same size as yours, I gather. I kinda wish it were bigger, but I think if I want it bigger, more vines could always be added later. Plus, it’s relatively cheap! I was thinking it’d be about $500 (since I wanted a rather big tat) but it’s only going to be from about $150-180. Excellent

On the administrative side, I have two new affiliates: Jess’ Little Corner and Twisted Logic, both very lovely websites. I also added a link down, near the bottom of the sidebar, linking Firefox cause I honestly think everyone should get it. It’s the best browser ever.
Last Friday Jen Fong got me smashed. I had whiskey and fireball and had a grand ol’ time at a house party and when all was said and done, I managed to take a bus home at 12:30 at night and drink enough water to remove any danger of hangover-age the next morning. Go me.
Now I’m off to make some Green Day icons cause I’m still in a GD mood. No idea why!
