So if you have eyes you can see that I have once again changed the layout. It still needs tweaking since I was kinda lazy when I put it up and only half-assed it but I like it much more than I liked the old layout. While I still love that picture of Venice, I just didn’t the way that layout looked. It just looked hastily thrown together and not really what I wanted to go for. I’ll try and make another layout out of my pictures from Italy again but I’m not sure when it’ll be up. In any case, I think this particular layout is quite nice. It’s the first real time I’ve fooled around with the arrangement of the menu and I think it came out looking pretty nice. Plus, Jake Gyllenhaal’s so easy on the eyes. I think he’s rivalling Adrien Brody’s layout record!

In other news, I’m super excited about the semester being over soon. Not only do I get to finally breathe a bit before the next one begins but I’ll get to drive up north to see my friend who lives in North Bay. I’ve never driven that far by myself! It’s exhilirating and frightening all at once.

I also found out that the Oakham House Choir, of which I am a member, will be doing a work of Puccini’s in the winter semester. This Saturday is our Christmas concert and it barely feels like five months have gone by. It’s lovely to be back in a choir, especially one so professional. Not only do we sound amazing but, because most of the people have read music before and have some musical background, we’re also able to get the notes right quickly. Still, in every choir there’s on sour note, it seems. It’s unfortunate that it’s often the most loud … :/

Anyway, I need bed. I’ve got an exam on Wednesday and I need to study tomorrow!

I’m taking a little break from the writing of my trip to announce the changing of my layout. You can tell I was heavily inspired by this website. I’m hoping it’s not *too* similar in that people will think I have copied. I did my best to make it my own but if that’s not enough, I’ll totally change it!

I’ve done some big updates to the website as well! The major thing was re-writing my “biography” in the Girl section. It was in dire need of a change so I rewrote it. Hopefully I won’t have to come back in a year’s time and do it all over again! I also weeded out the dead links in my affiliates. I’m always looking for more so if you’re interested drop me a line and I’ll get back to you sometime before 2008

I want to add more things to this personal site, since it is a personal site, but I’m having a hard time thinking of things to add. Oh, I added some photos (that aren’t old broken links to webcam images!) to the girl section. They aren’t anything special but they’re better than the webcam, which is back, btw! I have this shiny new webcam that’s been collecting dust ever since I bought it so I figured it’s time to resurrect the webcam images. Like usual, I’m not going to have a specific day when I’ll update the webcam. It changes when it does.

Finally, I organized my fanlisting collective so you can see all fifty-four (yes, I said fifty-four!) listings on one page if you so wish. It’ll be useful for me when it comes time for me to put some on the chopping block. As much as I love all of the fanlistings I own, some things I’m just not as big a fan as I once was. Ah, how fleeting fandom is *sighs dramatically*

Oh and before I forget, my next step is to update the guestbook, although barely anyone signs that thing anymore. Only the spam artists who want to sell me partypoker.com or whatever the hell it is seem to love my guestbook. At least they’re nice and leave sweet messages along with their spam!

I’ve taken a small hiatus from writing the two most stubborn essays thus far to make a new layout. I think they may be stubborn essays because I’m in fact taking this time to make this layout. In any case, I’m still in the mood for Jake Gyllenhaal. Now to get back to the essay!

I liked it better when I was making it :/ I think I’m going to try again.

Excuse my dust. I’ve moved servers (ie, I’ve moved web-hosting companies) so things are a little wonky-looking right now. Pay no attention to the funky strings occuring around the site. That just means I haven’t gotten around to fixing that just yet. Oh, and nothing other than the blog has been imported. I’ll let you know when that’s up.

God, this was (almost) more effort than it was worth :S

ETA: the rest of the website apart from the collective is back up and running. It’s past midnight. I couldn’t be less inclined to do anything else right now.

New layout cause I couldn’t stand the gross orange from the last one :blah: I like this one more cause it’s a pirate ship, and lately I’ve been having a thing for pirates. Don’t ask questions. Just go with it.

Small simple layout change until Halloween. I really hate it, but I was really going for something simple. This is the first time I’ve ever used dingbats. Can you believe it? Does anyone apart from Moms who make doll websites in Midwest America use dingbats anymore? Don’t know, but I have now!

What else to say? Um, well I had my first midterm today, which kinda blew cause we were given less time than we thought we’d get. Everyone wrote their little hearts out and my favourite pen ran out of ink midway :S

Haven’t started my new job yet, but I’m hoping I will soon. I have quit McDonalds though, which is awesome to say the least. I’m happy I’m not there anymore. The best thing about it? I haven’t eaten that shit since the day I quit!

So I guess that’s about it for now. I should be studying for Arne’s class. I have a midterm on the beginnings of the Cold War/the Korean War tomorrow afternoon.
