		<description>It's a little late for me to be commenting on this, but if you ever watched the original BBC Office show- the 'Jim' character would always talk about leaving the company, but he'd never act on it. I think that's Jim's fatal flaw, too...not being able to move on with his life. If he does take that transfer, I'd be totally mystified.</description>
